This opportunity is for you! Education: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. Experience: Minimum 3 years leading or participating in the analysis, design, and improvement of organizational processes, with a focus on operational efficiency and service quality. With knowledge and application experience in: PDCA Cycle Project management ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards Internal and external audits (QMS and ISMS) Your mission: You will be key to organizational transformation, supporting process simplification, integration, and updating, while ensuring information security (confidentiality, integrity, and availability). Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement and implementation of best practices to strengthen business efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities: Analyze and optimize organizational processes Ensure compliance with quality and security standards Participate in internal and external audits Implement KPIs and monitor results Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions What are we looking for in you?
