A logistics-sector company and travel agency is seeking a Procurement Lawyer — a Law graduate with at least 3 years of experience in procurement and bidding processes, preferably with experience in both public and private sectors. Key responsibilities include: searching for and monitoring procurement processes in SECOP I and SECOP II; reviewing terms of reference and submitting observations; preparing, reviewing, and submitting bids and proposals; comprehensive monitoring of procurement processes and submitted bids; reviewing and drafting civil, commercial, labor, and service provision contracts; managing and updating the Unique Proposer Registry (RUP); reviewing guarantees and legal requirements of procurement processes; and providing legal support and advice throughout contractual processes.
Required Knowledge: Public and private procurement; proficiency in SECOP I and SECOP II; bidding processes and bid submission; terms of reference and contractual requirements; contract drafting and review; RUP management; and applicable regulations and legal concepts governing procurement.
Indefinite-term contract
Salary: $3.000.000 + statutory benefits
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM
