We are looking for a **CNC Punching and Laser Machine Operator**, proactive, responsible, and committed, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery for manufacturing metal components, ensuring precision, quality, safety, and adherence to production timelines. **Requirements:** * Technician or technologist in Metalworking, CNC, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in metalworking companies or as a CNC machine operator. * Knowledge of programming, setup, and operation of punching and laser cutting machines. * Proficiency in using hand tools. * Knowledge of cutting parameters based on material type and thickness. * Experience performing minor adjustments and basic calibrations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Main Responsibilities** * Program the machine according to the location, size, and shape of cuts, perforations, and other required operations. * Prepare and verify measurements, references, and material conditions before initiating the process. * Configure cutting parameters such as power, speed, frequency, and type of gas. * Perform cuts, perforations, markings, and engravings on metal sheets. * Carry out basic adjustments and calibrations to ensure part precision and quality. * Inspect finished parts and verify compliance with quality standards. * Fulfill production orders and established delivery timelines. * Report machine failures, alarms, or anomalies promptly. * Maintain production, quality, and material/tool inventory records. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing time, reducing waste, and increasing productivity. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the workplace. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: $1\.838\.000 monthly plus transportation allowance and statutory social benefits. * Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday \- Saturdays (Occasionally), with availability for overtime. * Fixed-term contract for three months, renewable. **Benefits:** * Birthday day off. * Wellness programs. * Growth and continuous training opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
