Job Summary: QUICK is seeking a Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor to lead cross-docking operations, ensuring goods receipt, sorting, and dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure KPI compliance and service level achievement At QUICK, we seek a Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor responsible for leading cross-docking (dock) operations, ensuring goods receipt, sorting, dispatch, and traceability, while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer commitments. Required Profile: Technical, technological, or university degree in logistics, administration, industrial engineering, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, cross-docking, or dock operations Experience leading operational teams (assistants, drivers, pickers) KPI management experience (productivity, cycle times, dispatch compliance) Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools Preferred: experience in transportation, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or use of TMS/WMS Main Responsibilities: Coordinate dock operations (receipt, sorting, and dispatch) Supervise and lead the operational team (shifts, productivity, and performance) Ensure KPI compliance (SLA, cycle times, productivity) Perform real-time operational control and auditing Coordinate routes, vehicle dispatch, and distribution Generate operational tracking and performance reports Compensation Terms: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits + COP $400,000 rolling allowance + COP $20,000 communications allowance Contract type: Project-based or service contract with biweekly payments Working hours: Sunday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with one rest day per week, fulfilling the weekly 44-hour requirement Work location: Popayán, Cra 15 # 8-56 -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Professional program 2 years of experience Skills: Coordination ability, Team management, Logistics, Operations, Logistics operations, Supervision Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, accountable person, coordinator, manager, captain, project
