The position will be responsible for supporting and performing quality control analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and internal procedures. We seek an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile, with interest in professional development within an industrial and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform necessary tests and validations to verify product and service conformity using recognized methodologies that ensure fulfillment of customer requirements. Physicochemical testing methods, Good Laboratory Practices. * Conduct inspections of production areas (fractionation, mixing, dilution, packaging) and storage facilities through documented walkthroughs to ensure product quality preservation. Audit techniques, ISO 19011. * Make technical decisions regarding product specifications by analyzing mixtures, dilutions, etc., to release batches and continue the production process. Physicochemical testing methods, Good Laboratory Practices. * Review non-conforming products, providing technical judgment in establishing corrective action plans, aiming to reduce non-conforming product inventory. Physicochemical testing methods, Good Storage Practices, knowledge of industrial chemical processes. * Participate in new product and/or service development projects, contributing technical judgment, procedures, and quality standards for product handling during operations. Change Management. * Participate in change initiatives (workforce, materials, machinery, environment, measurements, methods) to anticipate and mitigate impacts on product and service quality across affected sites. Change Management. * Safeguard and manage sample control and handling—including retention samples (incoming and production) and samples requested by Commercial—to ensure batch traceability. Good Laboratory Practices, labeling, Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations. * Manage quality control documentation for products. Label validation, issuance of analysis certificates, and other documents requested by customers related to products. Good Documentation Practices, Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets. * Participate in customer complaint analysis: root cause determination, customer site visits, coordination of internal or external laboratory analysis to resolve and follow up on quality complaints and grievances, issuing closure reports to the Commercial department and ensuring customer satisfaction.
