




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the management and assurance of the Food Quality System, including document control, tracking of corrective actions, and support during audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supports the management and assurance of the Food Quality System. 2. Participates in the updating of specifications and product development. 3. Provides support in the management of PQRs and continuous improvement. Responsible for supporting the management and assurance of the Food Quality System through document control, tracking of corrective actions, and support during internal and external audits. Participates in the updating of specifications, product creation in systems, and preparation of technical data sheets. Provides support in the management of PQRs, monitoring of indicators, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Also conducts plant inspections to ensure compliance with quality, order, and cleanliness standards, verifying product expiration dates and traceability.
