Our goal is to deliver personalized, reliable, and responsive service tailored to the needs of each property owner and tenant. **Job Description** As a Real Estate Acquisition Agent at Conquista Inmobiliaria, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new property owners interested in marketing their properties. Your main responsibilities will include field prospecting, relationship management with property owners, market research, property evaluation, and coordinating viewings with potential clients. This is an on-site position in Medellín, primarily focused on street-level acquisition. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Employment Conditions** Base salary Transportation allowance Mobility allowance Commissions for acquisitions and closings **Requirements** Negotiation skills, effective communication, and ability to build strong relationships.
