Responsibilities: Organization, control, and management of physical and digital documentation. Handling, verification, and archiving of logistics waybills and documents. Updating databases and document management systems. Customer service and support for internal and external clients. Receiving and directing visitors, phone calls, and correspondence. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in administrative or related fields. Minimum 2 years of certified experience in reception roles. Experience in document management and file handling. Desirable experience in the logistics sector, particularly in waybill handling. Proficiency in Office tools and computer systems. Knowledge of document management software.
