Supports decision-making and implements operational adjustments in the field. **A leading company in the logistics sector** is seeking a **Regional Logistics Manager**, who will be responsible for monitoring and controlling assigned operations comprehensively, anticipating deviations, and ensuring compliance with regional indicators, commitments, and plans. We are looking for a professional or technologist with solid experience in **last-mile delivery, distribution, transportation, logistics control, or operator management**, possessing analytical ability, decision-making skills, and results-oriented follow-up. **Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive monitoring and control of assigned logistics operations. * Monitor compliance with performance indicators, service level agreements (SLAs), productivity metrics, and regional commitments. * Analyze operational results by **city, operator, route, and courier**. * Identify deviations, incidents, and root causes that may affect operational compliance. * Track processes related to assignment, capacity, productivity, traceability, and returns. * Prepare executive reports and management dashboards to present operational results and alerts. * Issue timely alerts and propose corrective and improvement actions. * Follow up on action plans until their successful closure is ensured. * Manage and monitor the performance of logistics operators. * Support decision-making and implement necessary operational adjustments. * Conduct operational support visits and regional field visits. * Provide on-site support during operational launches, contingencies, and situations requiring field intervention. **Requirements** * Professional or Technologist degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management**, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in last-mile delivery, distribution, transportation, logistics control, or operator management. * Demonstrable **intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency**. * Knowledge of assignment, capacity, productivity, traceability, incidents, returns, SLAs, and operator performance. * Ability to analyze information and identify root causes. * Skill in preparing executive reports and tracking performance indicators. * Ability to make decisions and implement operational adjustments. * Availability to conduct operational support visits and regional field visits. * Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and results-oriented skills. **Working Conditions** * **Position:** Regional Logistics Manager. * **Salary:** $3,200,000 + statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Workplace:** Based on operational location and availability for regional visits. * **Contract Type:** To be determined.
