Main Responsibilities: Thoroughly understand the company's plastic products to provide appropriate advisory services. Objectively advise customers by identifying their needs and offering solutions aligned with their requirements. Conduct ongoing market research on the plastic sector and price analysis. Identify improvement opportunities and report them to the production department. Manage customer account collections. Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Actively seek new customers and explore new markets. Confirm with customers receipt of products, quality of plastic materials, and service delivery, addressing any concerns. Plan and organize work routes, commercial visits, and prior client contacts. Monitor progress toward commercial targets. Prepare management reports, including complaints, suggestions, and improvement opportunities.
