Teamwork and skill development in sales and service. **A well-established national retail chain** is seeking a **male candidate of legal age, high school graduate**, to serve as a **Sales Floor Assistant** in the city of **Pereira**. We seek a dynamic individual with an excellent service attitude, strong customer orientation, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales, customer service, and operational support tasks. * Experience in **loading and unloading merchandise**, warehouse organization, storage, and product replenishment. * Must reside in **Pereira**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer advisory services and support, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. * Achieve established sales targets for the sales floor. * Perform loading and unloading of merchandise. * Receive, organize, store, and replenish products. * Assist in inventory control and maintain the sales floor in optimal order and cleanliness. * Support other operational activities required by the warehouse. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term employment directly with the company. **Salary:** Current legal minimum wage \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits \+ food allowance \+ performance bonus based on achievement of sales floor targets.
