Your mission will be to drive the company's commercial growth by achieving sales targets through effective strategies and identifying new markets. We are seeking a customer-service-oriented individual with strong product knowledge and commitment to proper distribution, storage, and commercialization of our products. Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of key performance indicators: Coverage, point-of-sale execution, efficiency, effectiveness, and sell-out. Guarantee continuous improvement of the sales force through training aligned with company-established standards. Dedicate 30% of time to planning and 70% to fieldwork. Alert the company to any change in the client’s business focus. Support accounts receivable recovery if required. Supervise the development of distribution and logistics processes for your clients. Ensure execution and follow-up of Commercial and Trade Marketing activities in assigned territories. Evaluate and propose possible distribution structures and territorial zoning to management. Requirements: Prior experience in sales or similar roles. Knowledge of negotiation techniques and problem-solving. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
