We invest in our people through modern tooling, strong engineering culture, and continuous learning. We are looking for a **Senior Node.js Developer** to join our team in Barranquilla. You will design, build, and maintain the backend services that power our platform. This is a hands\-on senior role: you will own significant technical decisions, mentor mid\-level engineers, and help shape our architecture as we scale. You will work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and frontend engineers in a modern, agile environment. English is used regularly for technical documentation and collaboration with international teammates and clients. **What You Will Do** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript/Nest JS. * Own features end\-to\-end: from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production. * Architect and evolve microservices and event\-driven systems. * Write clean, well\-tested, maintainable code and champion strong engineering practices (code review, testing, observability, documentation). * Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. * Collaborate with product and design partners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. * Mentor mid\-level and junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. * Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmap decisions. * Help improve our CI/CD, deployment, and development workflows.
