Operation of electric tools and construction tasks **SENIOR ASSISTANT OFFERING** A civil and metal-mechanical engineering company requires personnel with experience in facility maintenance for its workforce. Civil works or metal-mechanical work responsibilities: Execute, adapt, and maintain plant facilities in optimal condition. Operate electric tools. Clean drainage channels and wastewater discharge boxes, among other tasks. Manual and compressor painting. Loading and unloading, among others. Polishing and detailing. * **Masonry:** Construction of walls, partitions, floors, and concrete structures. * **Concrete preparation and pouring:** Mixing, casting, leveling, and finishing. * **Excavations and backfilling:** Site preparation for foundations, pipelines, or structures. * **Foundations:** Construction of footings, foundation beams, slabs, and other elements. * **Reinforcement steel installation:** Cutting, bending, and assembling rebar. * **Formwork:** Installation and removal of formwork for concrete structures. * **Floors and finishes:** Installation of flooring, tiling, painting, stucco, and general finishing. * **Masonry work:** Installation of bricks, blocks, and other materials. * **Demolition:** Controlled removal of walls, floors, structures, or existing elements. * **Waterproofing:** Protection of roofs, terraces, tanks, and other surfaces. * **Maintenance and repairs:** Repair of walls, floors, roofs, structures, and deteriorated areas. * **Exterior works:** Construction or adaptation of sidewalks, roads, curbs, drainage systems, and common areas. * **Tool and equipment handling:** Use of mixers, polishers, drills, cutters, and hand tools, as required by the task. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, half-day Saturday. Work location: 13 CON CALI, Bogotá, Fontibón area and industrial zone. Must have completed a height-work safety course (validity is not required, but completion is mandatory). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EXCEPT Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to complete the weekly 42 working hours. Base salary: COP 1,800,000 + Transportation allowance: COP 250,000 + Performance bonus starting at COP 100,000 monthly, depending on experience and commitment. It is essential to be available for overtime work on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on active construction sites requiring such support.
