Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Assistant to review and ensure accurate documentation and shipment tracking, collaborating with the logistics team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed cargo inspection and efficient management of material flows. 2. Collaboration with the logistics team to optimize processes. 3. Verification of product integrity and compliance with regulations. We are looking for a Shipping Assistant to join Eduardo Botero Soto S.A. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of cargo for one of our clients prior to transportation. We require a person with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of efficiently managing material flows and ensuring correct documentation and shipment tracking. The candidate must collaborate with the logistics team to optimize loading and unloading processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy and punctuality. They will be responsible for verifying product integrity during the loading process, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety and transportation regulations. Prior experience in similar roles is required, with a minimum of 6 months in logistics or transportation. Experience in vehicle inspection is preferred. Teamwork capability, effective communication skills, and proactive problem-solving ability are essential.
