We seek a Store Administrator with at least one year of experience in similar roles, achievement-oriented, and strongly focused on customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the store's business objectives and guaranteeing the correct execution of operational processes established by the company. Main Responsibilities: Drive sales and ensure achievement of assigned targets. Provide an exceptional service experience to each customer. Correctly perform cash register, invoicing, and cash reconciliation procedures. Supervise, control, and organize store inventory. Employment Conditions: Base salary: $1.857.405 + transportation allowance + commissions for goal achievement.
