An airport-adjacent company seeks a Logistics Supervisor to lead a dynamic, high-volume, and high-impact domestic and international parcel operation. What We Are Looking For: Technical or technological degree in logistics, logistics operations, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience leading personnel in logistics or production sectors. Ideal: experience managing teams of over 50 people. Proficiency in office tools and operational metrics: Operational times Absenteeism Productivity Process compliance What Will Be Your Mission? You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operational team to ensure all parcels are received, organized, and dispatched correctly to aircraft. Your leadership will be critical to: Ensuring processes are executed without errors Keeping the team focused and motivated Monitoring adherence to timelines and operational quality Supervising parcel loading, organization, and flow Ensuring full operational readiness every shift Schedules Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Important: A large portion of the operation occurs during night shifts.
