




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the execution of mechanical and technical tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, and managing operational staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of technical teams and tasks. 2. Ensuring quality in mechanical processes and welding. 3. Interdepartmental coordination and safety management. Supervise and verify that assigned personnel perform their tasks according to established timelines, quality standards, and procedures. Monitor the proper execution of mechanical work, including assembly, maintenance, and manufacturing processes. Inspect and verify the quality of welding and other technical activities, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Coordinate and address operational staff requirements, providing timely technical support and on-site solutions. Prepare periodic reports on activity progress, completed tasks, updates, and schedule adherence. Ensure appropriate use of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and occupational health regulations. Coordinate with other departments (engineering, inspection, client) to ensure proper project execution. Identify and report failures, risks, or process deviations.
