At ECOTEX V&A SAS, we are looking for a committed, organized, and results-oriented Supply Chain Leader who is eager to take on the challenge of leading our warehousing, inventory control, and internal logistics processes—strategically contributing to strengthening our operations. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for supervising, controlling, and optimizing the inventory management of raw materials and supplies, ensuring resource availability for production, record accuracy, and logistical process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and verify incoming materials. - Ensure all incoming materials have supporting documentation, identification, and traceability. - Coordinate with Quality to review non-conforming materials. - Organize and control internal warehousing. - Deliver materials to production accurately and in order. - Maintain batch, roll, quantity, reference, and location tracking. - Coordinate returns to suppliers when materials fail to meet requirements. - Collaborate with Operations Engineers, Procurement, and Production teams on returns, replacements, and credit notes, as applicable. - Prepare supply chain information for SAP and managerial control. - Maintain document discipline and operational visibility within the area. Required Profile: Technician or graduate in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Requirements: - For candidates with technical education, a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in roles related to logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain is required. - Demonstrable experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics processes. - Knowledge and experience using ERP SAP. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and control. - Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Attention to detail and results orientation. - Ability to work in dynamic environments with high operational demands.
