Advanced knowledge of regulations and logistical operations for events Analyze, structure, and manage tender processes in both public and private sectors, ensuring full compliance with technical, legal, and financial requirements, with the objective of achieving contract awards for event logistical operations. * **Required Experience** * Minimum **2 years** in: * Public and private procurement processes * Bid preparation and submission * Use of platforms such as SECOP II * Specific experience in: * Event logistics companies or comprehensive service providers **Technical Knowledge** * Colombian state procurement regulations (Law 80 of 1993, Law 1150 of 2007, and regulatory decrees) * Interpretation of: * Terms of reference * Preliminary studies * Addenda * Preparation of: * Technical proposals * Economic proposals (costs, AIU, budgets) * Legal documentation * Proficiency in: * Advanced Excel * Budgeting and quotations * Knowledge of: * Event logistical operations (setup, personnel, transportation, catering, POP materials, tickets) Workplace: On-site employment
