Belonging to a collective with inspirational leadership At Karibik, we are looking for a Textile Product Development Manager for our Creative Department, who will take on the challenge of managing process standardization, tracking prototype development, increasing profitability, and ensuring optimization of resources, time, and quality. We seek an individual with inner drive, passion for their work, and a results-oriented mindset. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production, Productivity, or related fields. Proficiency in ERP SIESA, Intermediate Excel, and Methods & Time Studies is required. Prior experience in the textile-garment industry is mandatory.
