Excellent customer service skills A leading company in the textile sector is looking for a Fabric Sales Advisor. We require a proactive, operational sales professional with outstanding customer service skills to advise and retain our customers throughout their purchasing process. Responsibilities: Provide technical and commercial advisory on the company's products and services. Carry out operational tasks to ensure proper product delivery to customers. Deliver customer service at all stages: pre-sales, sales, and after-sales. Requirements: At least 1 year of prior experience in textile sales. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM — fulfilling the 44-hour workweek. Shift includes opening and closing duties, fulfilling the 44-hour workweek. Salary: COP 1,750,000 + COP 200,000 transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Uncapped commissions. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract directly with the company. · Send us your resume!
