The position's objectives are: Ensure proper coordination, tracking, and control of vehicle and/or route operations, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, Colombian traffic regulations, and road safety protocols. Main Responsibilities: Monitor vehicle location and status in real time. Coordinate route dispatches and arrivals. Control departure and arrival times. Report traffic updates, accidents, delays, or incidents. Verify compliance with traffic and road safety regulations. Maintain constant communication with drivers. Prepare daily operational reports. Support decision-making during contingencies. Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree in logistics, transportation, administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of Colombian traffic regulations. Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, email). Strong communication skills.
