Additionally, they will support point-of-sale organization and basic inventory tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers in-store with a warm, professional, and service-oriented attitude. * Provide product advice, inform about current promotions, and address customer inquiries. * Drive sales by achieving individual and team targets. * Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive point of sale. * Support inventory organization and product rotation. * Record sales in the system and track frequent customers. * Participate in store promotional and commercial activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in face-to-face sales or in-store customer service. * Commercial profile, proactive, with strong communication and persuasion skills. * Enthusiasm for advising, selling, and working toward goals.
