We are looking for an organized individual with a results-oriented mindset and experience coordinating loading and transportation operations. Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring appropriate goods flow for dispatch. Coordinate vehicle loading and unloading processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and service quality. Monitor and verify physical inventory versus system records, ensuring accuracy. Plan and coordinate dispatches jointly with the transportation team and drivers. Track vehicle preparation, loading, and departure times. Lead the operational team, ensuring productivity and compliance with procedures. Ensure adherence to safety standards in operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience supervising warehouses in transportation or logistics companies. Knowledge of route loading, unloading, and dispatch processes. Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS, ERP, or similar). Leadership of operational teams.
