**Job Description**
Act as liaison between the department coordinator and organizational support areas, interacting with these areas to ensure fulfillment of requirements.
* Monitor and manage requirements and ensure their timely delivery.
* Support the delivery of various requirements to the department with the corresponding delivery receipt.
* Maintain control of delivery receipts and administrative assets (vehicles) through documentary files.
* Populate various fleet management tracking and control dashboards for both owned and third-party fleets using indicators and scheduled alerts.
* Keep vehicle fleet information updated across the company’s various information systems.
* Validate national vehicle towing expense claims with their respective requests.
* Serve internal customers.
* Manage physical documentation for both owned and third-party vehicle fleets.
* Interact with staff from departments to ensure they have all necessary resources for effective operation of their assigned vehicle fleets.
* Assist the immediate supervisor with any requirements related to the proper functioning of the department and associated areas.
* Identify corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement plans within the strategic road transport management plan for both owned and third-party fleets.
* Control and manage appropriate use of the parking area at company facilities.
* Vehicle relocation activities involving driving, based on administrative operational needs.
* Other duties as assigned, inherent to the position
**Requirements**
Academic Qualification: Technical diploma or final-semester student in administrative programs.
Experience: 6 months of experience in logistics, procurement, or resource administration.
Driver's License: Mandatory requirement
