Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to support the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, managing documentation, nonconformities, corrective actions, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of internal quality training A reputable company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of rubber and metal automotive parts, located in Mosquera, Cundinamarca, requires a Quality Assistant with a minimum of one year’s experience in the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to: * Support the development, updating, and improvement of documentation related to the Quality Management System (e.g., manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, flowcharts, annexes, etc.). * Control and distribute documents * Record, investigate, and follow up on identified nonconformities * Manage the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions, ensuring effective tracking and closure. * Coordinate and conduct internal training on the Quality Management System, ISO standards, and quality best practices for company personnel. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS * Technician or student in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Quality Engineering GENERAL CONDITIONS · Availability from Monday to Saturday · If residing in Bogotá, an extralegal transportation allowance will be provided Workplace: On-site employment
