Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive primary-level medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and referral of patients, in compliance with Colombian regulations.

Deliver comprehensive, safe, timely, and high-quality medical care to users as the first point of contact, managing common pathologies, performing prevention and follow-up activities, and referring patients to specialists when necessary, fully complying with all current Colombian regulations. \- Conduct clinical interviews, complete physical examinations, and assessments to establish provisional or definitive diagnoses. \- Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and complementary diagnostic aids. \- Prescribe treatments, medications, and instructions according to current clinical guidelines and regulations. \- Provide health education, promote healthy habits, and prevent diseases. \- Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date clinical records, respecting confidentiality. \- Monitor and follow up on chronic diseases and patients undergoing treatment. \- Refer patients promptly to specialists or higher-complexity services with appropriate clinical justification. \- Comply with licensing requirements, patient safety standards, medical ethics, and teamwork principles. \- Medical degree from a recognized university or validated in Colombia. \- Valid professional license and registration with the Ministry of Health. \- Valid professional civil liability insurance policy. \- Up-to-date disciplinary and judicial background records. \- Knowledge of health system regulations and clinical practice guidelines.
