Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Human Resources professional with experience in recruitment and payroll to ensure an excellent employee experience and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively manage employee onboarding and social security affiliation processes.
2. Execute payroll processing and manage social security administration.
3. Support orientation, onboarding, and employee wellness and integration activities.
We seek a passionate Human Resources professional with a minimum of one to two years’ experience in recruitment and payroll processes, ensuring an outstanding experience for our employees and organizational regulatory compliance.
Employment Terms
End-to-end coordination of the onboarding process (documentation, medical examinations, contracts, and start dates).
Affiliation of employees to the social security system and special regimes.
**Onboarding resource management:** IDs, access credentials, email accounts, and other tools.
Administration of employment documents (contracts, extensions, certifications, ERP uploads).
Timely reporting of personnel changes (disabilities, vacations, leaves of absence, resignations).
Support for orientation, onboarding, and employee wellness and integration activities.
Document management related to hiring and personnel changes.
Payroll
Recording and tracking of payroll-related changes in the system (disabilities, payroll deductions, insurance, vacations, suspensions).
Execution of payroll processing and submission of reports to Financial and Accounting Management.
Preparation and validation of files for Treasury.
Ongoing updating of employee databases.
Verification of third-party invoices and application of deductions.
Communication of resignations to partner entities.
Management of social security and disability claim recoveries with EPS (Health Promotion Entities).
Responding to requests from regulatory bodies and internal clients.

**Salary:** $2\.500\.000 \+ statutory benefits
In-person work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
4x1 work modality (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)

Technical or Technological degree in Human Resources or related fields
Minimum one year of experience in the role.
Availability for in-person work.
