Together, we are stronger. **Set your course toward the future—set \#RumboSacyr.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the execution of structural works in civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor and control the quality of materials and construction processes related to structures (reinforced concrete, steel, prefabricated elements). * Support the verification and checking of layout surveys, formwork, reinforcement cages, and concrete pours alongside the site team. * Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports, non-conformance reports, and technical minutes. * Collaborate with other on-site support areas: Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Surveying, Quality, and Maintenance. * Manage resource sizing and allocation at the worksite: labor, materials, and equipment. * Participate in short- and medium-term activity planning and in identifying construction-related risks. * Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and project best practices across all activities under your responsibility. **Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience of 1–3 years on-site as a junior resident engineer/site manager or internships in structural execution. * Knowledge of structural design and detailing (reinforced concrete and steel) and ability to read drawings. * Proficiency in office software and basic technical programs (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar). * Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, and safety orientation. * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the project. **What We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role. * Social benefits: meal card, transportation allowance, medical assistance, and group life insurance. * Continuous training programs, opportunities for internal mobility, and a collaborative work environment. * Wellbeing initiatives such as Gympass and corporate volunteering activities. **For us, the process is as important as the outcome, since every day offers us the opportunity to learn from the diversity of people who make up our team.** Set your course toward the future.
