Home Health Nursing Assistant **Work Mode:** In-person \- Home-based care **Schedule:** 12-hour shift (Monday to Saturday) **Compensation:** Per-shift payment **Location:** Northern part of the city **Job Objective:** To provide comprehensive, safe, and humanized care to elderly adults in their home environment, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being through basic nursing care and empathetic, respectful companionship. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform basic care: personal hygiene, medication administration per instructions, vital signs monitoring, and adherence to medical directives. * Accompany the patient during their daily routine, encouraging mobility, communication, and emotional well-being. * Maintain cleanliness of the patient's immediate surroundings. * Report any changes in the patient's health status to the responsible physician or family members. * Maintain respectful, warm, and assertive interaction with the patient and their family. **Requirements:** * Technical training as a **Nursing Assistant** (valid certification). * Proven experience in **elderly care** (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of first aid and basic medication management. * Skills in humanized care, assertive communication, and patience. * Strong service orientation and high sense of responsibility.
