You will participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle—from conceptualization through implementation and optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop functional, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications. * Create, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational databases. * Integrate APIs and external services to enhance the functionality of our platforms. * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. * Conduct testing, debugging, and code optimization to ensure the best possible user experience. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web and application development. **Requirements:** * Technical, technological, or university degree in Software Development. * Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar. * Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. * Experience in backend development using Node.js, Django, Spring, or equivalent frameworks. * Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. * Experience with version control tools (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. * Residency in Bogotá or willingness to work on-site/hybrid. **Benefits:** * Professional growth and hands-on learning. * Stable and collaborative work environment. * Career development plan. **Initial Contract:** * Fixed-term contract for 1 year, extendable based on performance. **Salary:** * To be agreed upon + Statutory benefits.
