Candidate Profile Education * Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields, industrial engineering, or administrative disciplines. Work Experience * One to five years of experience in medical detailing. * Experience organizing and executing continuing medical education activities for physicians, pharmacy personnel, and other stakeholders involved in commercializing assigned products. * Experience promoting medical products based on acquired knowledge and sales techniques enabling identification of needs, dissatisfaction, and direct sales proposals tailored to individual customers. * Experience conducting territory mapping, targeting, and segmentation of potential customers and business opportunities. Specific Job Competencies and Skills * Proficiency in sales techniques, need identification, effective presentation of clinical studies, presentation of features and benefits, and closing techniques to secure more prescriptions from physicians. * Knowledge of generating, organizing, and executing medical education activities for pharmacy personnel and other stakeholders involved in commercializing assigned products. * Ability to solve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through application of knowledge, acquired technical expertise, and objective data analysis. * Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and integrating new accounts into the business. * Assertive communication to establish and maintain excellent internal and external (CRM) customer communication. * Data-driven decision-making.
