Key support in corporate reorganization and legal compliance. **Certified Public Accountant** A company dedicated to manufacturing eco-friendly packaging is seeking a **Certified Public Accountant** with a minimum of **five (5\) years of experience** in similar roles, preferably within productive or industrial sectors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Public Accounting. * Valid professional license card. * Minimum five (5\) years of experience as an accountant. * Proven experience in preparing and filing financial, accounting, and tax reports. * Knowledge and experience in processes related to **corporate reorganization (Law 1116\)**. * Knowledge of **cost accounting**, with emphasis on production costs. * Experience in **customs costs, foreign trade operations, and free zone regime**. * Management of national and local tax obligations. * Knowledge of **IFRS**. * Experience responding to regulatory authority requests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, analyze, and submit financial statements. * Ensure accurate accounting recording of company transactions. * Prepare and file tax returns. * Conduct cost control and analysis for production, customs, and operational expenses. * Prepare managerial and financial reports for senior management. * Support corporate reorganization processes and compliance with legal obligations. * Ensure compliance with the special regime applicable to companies located in free zones. * Respond to internal and external audits. **Required Competencies:** * High analytical and organizational skills. * Planning and control capabilities. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Work Location:** Fontibón.
