




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager for graphic arts companies, responsible for process control, acceptance standards, nonconformity management, and audit handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead process control in printing, die-cutting, and finishing. 2. Manage and reduce nonconformities by evaluating costs of poor quality. 3. Plan and implement processes, handle audits and customer complaints. A Quality Manager is required for graphic arts (packaging) companies, with knowledge of process control (printing, die-cutting, finishing, gluing, and quality inspection), quality acceptance standards, tracking and corrective actions for nonconformities, progressive reduction of nonconformities, evaluation of costs of poor quality and their impact on productivity, planning, establishing and implementing processes and procedures, managing resources to develop, control and track actions aimed at fulfilling the management process, handling second-party audits, certification audits, and audits conducted by customers, ensuring timely response to and resolution of customer complaints and claims.
