Job Summary: Manage route departures, communicate objectives, implement safety systems, and monitor distribution projects to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. That’s why we invite you to explore this new development opportunity: "• Manage delivery route departures and monitor critical routes by analyzing management indicators, service levels, returns, working capital, and safety—reviewing route timing and movements and applying best practices. * Effectively communicate relevant information and operational objectives to partners, ensuring they are adequately informed and trained to fulfill their responsibilities efficiently. * Implement a comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health management system across delivery routes, integrating compliance verification of standards and procedures with the development of a safety and self-care culture. * Review and close customer service contacts through direct interaction with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their needs and concerns. * Inspect returned packaging and delivery trucks, as well as evaluate support-area services—including banking, settlements, and operations—to ensure efficient and appropriate flow of logistical resources and processes. * Monitor distribution projects impacting delivery routes by documenting improvement plans, proposals, critical cases, requests, and other required analyses. * And any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor within the scope of their recommendations. * Be a role model for KOF values and culture."
