Different work areas may be assigned as needed to ensure production goals are met while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate equipment and technological tools in the assigned area of the production facility, learning and applying basic understanding of policies and procedures to carry out fundamental and clearly defined processes. * Perform a variety of responsibilities such as poultry vaccination, weighing, and feeding. * Learn operational procedures, receive information from colleagues, and provide feedback on the clarity and effectiveness of guidance—including documentation of procedures. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean working environment, and monitor work pace and progress of assigned teams or processes—requiring awareness of interconnections with other process areas. **Qualifications** **Minimum** * Completed primary education or higher. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Lift up to 12.5 or 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodations, as applicable. * Perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing or descending stairs, kneeling, stooping, and twisting safely—with or without reasonable accommodation. * Work in various environments where dust, chemicals, and other hazards may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Work under diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat up to 36 degrees Celsius. * Work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice. * Availability to work in the El Porvenir and/or Vínculo zones as required. **Preferred** * Prior experience handling poultry. **Please attach the following documents to your application:** **Complete resume**: copy of identification document, academic certificates, employment certifications or personal recommendations. **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your credit card information, usernames, or passwords through any channel.
