Job Summary: This role is responsible for fulfilling the production and delivery plan while ensuring product quality and efficient resource utilization within the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Today, we deliver over 100 services through five digital ecosystems, supporting the operations and evolution of businesses impacting more than 14,000 end users across 14 countries.**General Objective of the Role/Position** Fulfill the production and delivery plan while ensuring product quality and efficient use of resources, aligned with the sustainability policy, by contributing one’s work capacity to plant activities.**Responsibilities of the Role/Position** * General: + Change into appropriate work attire and prepare required safety equipment according to the task to be performed (e.g., helmet, goggles, ear protectors, respirator, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety harness, etc.). + Maintain the work area and tools orderly and clean, and properly dispose of waste generated during work execution. + Participate in anomaly analysis, corrective actions, improvements, root cause analysis (RCA), procedures, and technical standards. + Keep personal protective equipment (PPE) clean and wear it correctly. + Attend monthly performance evaluation meetings. + Consult operation manuals, procedures, and work instructions. + Receive and hand over shift-related information to outgoing or incoming personnel. + Complete and submit the daily work schedule form to the supervisor. + Retrieve materials from the warehouse. + Locate and prepare tools required for the day’s activities. + Participate in plant cleaning tasks as prioritized by the immediate supervisor. Quarry Process Operations: + Perform cleaning: sweeping, collecting materials near the source, brushing (weeding), ditches, sedimentation tanks, water tanks, road maintenance, and civil works. + Carry out painting and area signage activities. + Clean partitions and diaphragms. Clinker Process Operations: + Perform cleaning: sweeping and collecting materials. + Carry out painting and area signage activities. + Clean machines obstructed by material buildup. + Remove dust from smoke chambers or dust silos. **Responsibilities of the Role/Position** * Collect material from weigh belts for weight verification. * Remove set clinker and oversized material from hopper grates. * Seal furnace door openings with mortar. * Transport refractory materials into furnaces and participate in their installation when deemed appropriate. Cement Process Operations: * Operate loading and unloading equipment (e.g., pneumatic, manual, and electric stackers, winches, etc.) as tools for specific operational tasks. * Perform cleaning: sweeping, collecting materials near the source, sumps, basements, stairs, platforms, roofs, auxiliary equipment (e.g., pumps, elevators, screw conveyors, etc.). * Carry out painting and area signage activities. * Clean machines obstructed by material buildup. * Receive packaging material and place it appropriately. * Supply packaging material to the bagging machine operator and conduct inventory checks. * Perform and verify cement bag weighing on bagging machines until correct weight is achieved. * Monitor bag breakage across each machine and transport means: collect broken packaging, classify it, remove valves, place it in designated locations, and record breakage incidents. * Conduct inventory of broken and recovered packaging. Raw Materials Process Operations: * Participate in topographic surveys according to established procedures. * Install corresponding field signage for topographic survey work. * Participate in defining preventive and informative signage for the mine’s road system. * Maintain various boundary markers constituting the mine’s coordinate base. * Maintain field topographic signage (e.g., stakes, bamboo poles, pipes, etc.). * Keep updated inventory records of all supplies designated for topographic signage. + Clean topographic survey equipment and the vehicle assigned to the department. **Education** Academic Level: High School Graduate **Technical Knowledge and Certifications** Working at Heights, Hazardous Energies, Confined Spaces, Load Lifting.**Experience Area** 0–3 years of experience in any of the following functions: facility maintenance, general trades, general maintenance, cleaning/sanitation, loading/unloading, construction assistant, or related roles.**Languages** N/A**Competencies** **Corporate** * Self-development * Quality of decisions * Values diversity * Fosters innovation **Business Culture** * We Are Problem Solvers * We Are a Winning Team * We Drive Profitable Growth * We Act Like Owners **Contribution Level** * Process optimization * Customer orientation At Summa, we believe in something powerful: technology always serves people.
