Our business model focuses on customer satisfaction and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and responsible. **General objective of the role/position** Meet production and delivery plans while guaranteeing product quality by efficiently using resources within the framework of sustainability policies, contributing through work capacity in plant activities.**Responsibilities of the role/position** * General: + Change clothes and prepare safety equipment according to the activity to be performed (hard hat, goggles, ear protection, respirator, gloves, safety-toed boots, safety harness, etc.). + Keep work areas and tools organized and clean, and properly dispose of waste generated during work execution. + Participate in the analysis of anomalies, corrective actions, improvements, RCAs, procedures, and technical standards. + Maintain personal protective equipment clean and use it correctly. + Participate in the monthly performance evaluation meeting. + Consult operation manuals, procedures, and instructions. + Receive and deliver shift handover information from outgoing or incoming shifts. + Complete and submit the work shift report to the supervisor. + Withdraw items from storage. + Locate and prepare tools for daily activities. + Participate in plant cleaning tasks as prioritized by the immediate supervisor. Operation Quarry Process: + Perform cleaning: sweeping, collecting materials near the source, clearing vegetation (weeding), ditches, sedimentation tanks, water tanks, and maintenance of roads and civil works. + Carry out painting and area signage activities. + Clean partitions and diaphragms. Operation Clinker Process: + Perform cleaning: sweep and collect materials. + Carry out painting and area signage activities. + Clean machines due to blockages. + Remove dust from smoke chambers or dust silos **Responsibilities of the role/position** * Collect material from weigh belts for weight verification. * Remove set clinker and oversized material from the grates of the hoppers. * Seal holes in furnace doors with mortar. * Transfer refractory materials into furnaces and participate in their installation when appropriate. Operation Cement Process: * Operate loading and unloading equipment (pneumatic, manual, and electric pallet jacks, winches, etc.) as working tools for specific required tasks. * Perform cleaning: sweep and collect materials near the source, sumps, basements, stairs, platforms, roofs, auxiliary equipment (pumps, elevators, screws, etc.). * Carry out painting and area signage activities. * Clean machines due to blockages. * Receive packaging material and store it appropriately. * Supply packaging to the Packer Operator and conduct inventory. * Perform and verify weighing of cement bags from packers until correct weight is achieved. * Monitor breakage on each machine and transport means for bags: collect broken packaging, classify it, remove valves, place in designated areas, and record breakage data. * Conduct inventory of broken and recovered packaging. Operation Raw Materials Process: * Participate in topographic surveys according to established procedures. * Position on-site the respective markings for topographic work. * Participate in defining preventive and informational signage for the mine's road system. * Perform maintenance on various markers that form the mine's coordinate base. * Perform maintenance on topographic field signage (stakes, guaduas, tubes, etc.). * Keep updated records of inventory for various supplies used in topographic marking. + Clean topographic equipment and the vehicle assigned to the department.**Education** Academic level: Technical Training: Industrial production, Industrial plant operator**Technical knowledge and certifications** Working at heights, Hazardous energy, Confined spaces, Load lifting.**Experience area** 0 \- 3 years We are an equal opportunity employer.
