Position Summary: An Inventory Analyst is required to manage and control inventories of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods nationwide, optimizing costs and adjustments. Active participation in physical inventory counts and inventory closings \*An INVENTORY ANALYST is required — Technician in Administration / Logistics Management / Inventory Management / Industrial Engineering. \*Minimum 2 years of experience managing inventories in production plants, including raw materials / finished goods / material transfers to warehouses; proficiency in SIESA Enterprise. \*Key responsibilities include: \- Manage and control national inventories of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consigned goods by implementing tools that enable effective controls and informed improvement decisions to minimize costs and inventory adjustments. \- Enter daily information from Weighing Sheets, Warehouse Receipts, and Warehouse Dispatches to ensure system data remains up-to-date and create new products in the system. \- Conduct monthly inventories by scheduling inventory groups and actively participating in periodic counts of raw materials, finished goods, work-in-process, and packaging materials — both in company-owned warehouses and consigned merchandise. \- Close inventories by clearly identifying necessary adjustments, prepare inventory and adjustment reports, and analyze whether established parameters and management-approved margins are met. Submit monthly inventory cost reports (raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, finished goods) to the Deputy General Management for review. \- Identify and maintain updated fixed asset records as part of the company’s strategy for controlling this type of inventory. \*Base salary: $2\.000\.000 per month \+ Legal transportation allowance $249\.095 \+ Extra-legal bonus $500\.000 \+ Statutory benefits Indefinite-term contract Direct hiring by the company Plants located in Arroyohondo \- Yumbo Preference for candidates residing in northern Cali or Yumbo Preference for candidates with a motorcycle or vehicle.
