This position is for SUPPLA S.A **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure that the conditioning area equipment is in optimal working, maintenance and qualified condition. **Requirements** -------------- * Technologist in mechanical, industrial engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment (wrapping machines, sealers, packagers), repairs on various machines. Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and electricity, reading of electrical and mechanical drawings, report preparation. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise the proper operation of machines by technical personnel, ensuring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Schedule necessary repairs managing times, suppliers, quotations and others * Schedule qualification tests IQ, OQ and PQ of the equipment * Ensure the validity of equipment calibrations * Participate in equipment failure analyses and propose actions aimed at eliminating root causes * Assist in the preparation of technical and management reports * Assist in proposing improvement ideas with impact on productivity and cost
