Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant/Operator to support productive activities, product handling, and packaging at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. General plant support 2. Experience in the flower sector, manufacturing, or operational processes We require a **Production Assistant / Production Operator** to work at the **Gran Sabana Industrial Park, opposite the Tocancipá Racetrack**. Candidates must have a **minimum of 6 months of experience in production roles**, with applicable experience in the **flower sector, manufacturing, or operational processes**. The selected candidate will support activities inherent to the production process, including product handling, packaging, and general plant assistance. **Rotating shifts**: **6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.**, with **a Sunday-to-Sunday schedule and one compensatory day off per week**. **Salary: $1\.300\.000 (SMMLV) \+ transportation allowance $162\.000**, paid **biweekly**.
