We are currently growing and seeking committed, responsible individuals with a willingness to join our production team. **What will be your mission?** Support plant-based production processes, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, food safety, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support various stages of the production process (mixing, molding, packaging, and cleaning). * Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures. * Comply with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report anomalies in the process or equipment. **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** Current legal minimum wage plus all statutory benefits. * **Rotating shifts:** * 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. * Availability to work overtime, Sundays, and holidays. **Location:** Plant located in the **Toberín** area. **Profile We Are Seeking:** * Responsible, committed individuals with a positive attitude. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Prior experience in food production is desirable (but not mandatory). Contract for a specific project or service for 6 months; based on performance, this may be extended to an indefinite-term contract after this period. Salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ all statutory benefits.
