If you have operational experience in manufacturing plants and seek to work in a dynamic, quality-focused environment, this opportunity is for you. * **Responsibilities** **Rotation and support:** Adapt and rotate agilely across the plant’s various production lines according to daily needs. **Processing and packaging:** Support product formulation, dosing, packaging, and dispatch following standard instructions. **Cleaning and hygiene:** Perform deep cleaning of assigned work areas, utensils, and machinery, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Quality:** Ensure products meet required timelines, presentation standards, and quality parameters at each process stage. * **Requirements** **Education:** High school diploma, or technical degree in food science or industrial processes. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience as an operator in production, manufacturing, packaging, or fast-moving consumer goods plants. **Key knowledge:** Basic plant operations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Skills:** Adaptability and flexibility, dynamism, agile learning, teamwork, and communication. * **Benefits** **Contract type:** Indefinite-term contract. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Salary:** COP 1,801,000 \+ transportation allowance Work location: On-site employment
