Our client is a multinational energy company that designs, develops, and executes renewable energy plants globally. They are currently seeking several positions, including an O\&M Technician to ensure the operation and maintenance of the plant, and a **Plant Assistant** to provide comprehensive support in O\&M for a solar plant in Mariquita, Tolima, Colombia. Key responsibilities include: * Follow instructions from supervisor or direct management. * Maintain all safety measures to prevent accidents. * Use designated personal protective equipment. * Perform recloser shutdowns as directed by superiors. * Carry out grass and shrub cutting and control within the photovoltaic park. * Conduct preventive patrol rounds coordinated within the facility. * Inspect access points to the park and verify the operation of anti-intrusion alarm systems. * Verify and record their visits in the facility logbook. * Control unauthorized personnel entry into the facility. * May assist in other maintenance tasks not requiring specific electrical training, such as structural inspections, panel cleaning, and generally any activity that does not involve direct handling of wiring or electrical connections in the photovoltaic generation system. The ideal candidate must have completed high school education, at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, possess a Class B driver's license, be available in case of incidents, and comply with occupational risk prevention obligations.
