As a Payroll Specialist Coordinator at Deloitte, you will be co-responsible for project administration, identifying opportunities to implement improvements. You will ensure your team possesses sufficient knowledge to complete and execute assigned tasks successfully delivering our services. Additionally, as an expert in payroll processes and their application, you will be able to identify potential business-impacting risks and contribute to developing proposals arising from client needs identification, building trusted relationships to understand their business objectives with strategic insight. What qualifications are required to apply? • Graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A specialization and/or master’s degree in related areas is desirable. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing payroll, including at least one year supervising teams. * Knowledge of collective labor agreements, payroll processing, and tax calculations. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Payroll Information Systems is mandatory. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem solving, and attention to detail.
