Carry out preparation, production and/or assembly aligned with client menu requirements. b) Perform HACCP records to ensure proper compliance. c) Monitor BPM standards, complete temperature log forms during the assigned shift with real-time information. d) Use area equipment properly, adhering to user manuals and recommendations provided by the supplier and/or maintenance department. e) Work according to the assigned VPS (Variable Production Schedule / Variable Production Format), fulfill it, and submit the completed form to the area supervisor at the end of the shift. f) Provide FPY (First Pass Yield / On-Time) reports according to Lean Manufacturing parameters. g) Implement established Lean Manufacturing tools in the area (10 Wastes, 5S, VPS, DDS1\).
