As a Senior Business Assurance Consultant, you will manage project teams to meet requirements and commitments agreed upon with our clients for assignments focused on finance processes and controls—across any sector or industry worldwide. You will share your expertise and experience with your team to foster their professional growth, while simultaneously developing technical knowledge and leadership skills. What qualifications are required? * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or currently completing degree requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in processes and team management, with knowledge of SOX financial aspects * Academic knowledge areas: Data analytics and technology, business process design and evaluation, global mindset, internal control assessment and design, industry and business acumen, risk assessment and mitigation * Intermediate English proficiency * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, ORACLE, Visio * Skills: Assertive and effective communication, analytical thinking, proactivity, commitment, positive attitude, innovation, motivation Why Deloitte?
