The incumbent is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of IT capabilities across the region, while ensuring effective collaboration with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. This role manages regional initiatives, projects, and/or operational budgets; drives execution of technology priorities; anticipates and resolves issues that may impact business continuity or project success; and ensures solutions are delivered with appropriate focus on service, cost, quality, compliance, and business value. This role is expected to understand the unique operational, cultural, and regulatory needs of Latin America and translate them into effective IT strategies and execution plans. Responsibilities may include regional demand management, solution delivery, service optimization, infrastructure and application support coordination, vendor management, and governance of local technology activities in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and change control standards. The IT Manager, Latin America also promotes standard methodologies, policies, and procedures while balancing regional needs with global direction, and proactively enforces worldwide and local security requirements to protect company information assets. The position may manage direct reports, contractors, or project\-based resources within the region. Where applicable, the manager actively supports talent development, team engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, while fostering strong partnerships across countries, functions, and business units throughout Latin America.
