Established as a venture label for artist development and distribution, we are one of the world's most innovative music labels with offices in Los Angeles Miami, \& DR. We are launching a division and searching for talent to support the expansion in LATM for licensing \& music rights. \ A few of these artist include Steve Aoki, Chris Brown, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Bryson Tiller, Beyonce \& BlackMayo, to name a few. **Role Description** The International Music Coordinator is a part\-time hybrid role based in Cartagena, with some work\-from\-home flexibility. This role involves coordinating international releases, tracking global projects, and supporting music distribution and collection workflows across territories. The coordinator will liaise with artists, managers, and partners to organize metadata, rights information, and release schedules. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include maintaining international music catalogs, assisting with licensing and rights documentation, preparing reports on performance metrics, and supporting cross\-border promotional activities. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth execution of international music initiatives. This position has the opportunity to lead to additional/ permanent opportunities with label. **Responsibilities** \- Communicate with high profile artist and managers \- Collect documents and data from artist, artist managers and Label representatives \- Manage Song catalogs \- Enter data into spreadsheets and organize large amounts of information for song catalogs \- Manage metadata for songs across various music databases \- Manage split sheets and other music and publishing related documents **Qualifications** * Interest in music and administration. * Ability to work independently and on a team * Ability to learn quickly, prefers challenges * Some experience with Google Sheets or its equivalents and other G Suite products * Good attention to detail. * Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Cartagena, collaborating with international teams remotely. * Have an interest in social media and the digital content world * Ability to speak some English. * Currently enrolled in a University (preferably) * Minimum of 15 hours of availability each week during business hours * Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety Job Type: Part\-time Application Question(s): * What is your Linkedin: Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cartagena, Bolívar
